Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free on every Tidewell order. No minimum, no thresholds, no
surprise charges at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.

HOW LONG IT TAKES
Delivery takes 8–14 business days from the moment you place your order. That
window covers both preparing your order and getting it to your door.

We're a small brand, and we don't keep a warehouse down the road from you.
We'd rather tell you that up front than promise two days and let you down.

TRACKING
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you'll get an email with a tracking
link. If five business days have gone by since you ordered and you still
haven't received that email, write to support@tidewellhome.com and we'll
check on it.

WRONG ADDRESS
Spotted a mistake in your shipping address? Email us right away. If the order
hasn't shipped yet we can fix it. Once it's on its way we can't redirect it,
but we'll help you sort it out.

DELAYS
Carriers occasionally run late, especially around holidays. If your order goes
past 14 business days, email us — we'll either chase it or refund you.
