How long will my order take?
8–14 business days from the moment you order. That window covers preparing your order and getting it to your door. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than a big retailer. We'd rather be upfront about that than promise two days and let you down. We ship within the United States only.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes — wet surfaces and suds are exactly what it's for. But we asked the manufacturer directly, and they confirmed the unit is not rated waterproof. So: splashes, foam and a soaking wet tile wall are fine. Submerging it, holding it under a running tap, or leaving it sitting in water are not. We'd rather tell you where the limit is than let you find it.
How long does the battery last?
About an hour on a full charge, confirmed by the manufacturer — less if you keep it on the highest of the three speeds. The LED display shows how much charge is left, so it won't die on you mid-job.
What can I actually clean with it?
Shower grout and tile, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, stovetops, pots and pans, dishes, glass, countertops, and car interiors and bodywork. Each of the five heads is made for a different kind of surface.
How fast does it spin?
Three speeds: 1,600, 2,000 and 2,400 revolutions per minute. Low for delicate surfaces and car interiors, high for baked-on grease and grout.
Do the heads wear out?
Yes, like any brush or sponge they'll wear down with use. How fast depends on what you scrub. Replacement heads aren't in our store yet — they're on the list.
How do I charge it?
With a standard USB-C cable, the same one your phone probably uses. One is included in the box.
What if it isn't right for me?
Email support@tidewellhome.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us what happened. In most cases we'll refund you or send a replacement. Full details are in our refund policy.
